Step 2: Filled-up application form along with all compulsory documents should reach the following address Step 3 All applications should reach PTS Headquarters, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad. Step 4 Applicants have to attach with the application form a paid deposit slip of Rs. 290/- as Application Processing fee in favor of PTS.
